A new plan.

This week I embarked on a new workout regime. I have had a really hard time working a long workout into my busy day. It occurred to me that maybe I could fit in several shorter workouts throughout the course of the day. I considered what types of exercise I could do that are great fat burners and settled on power walking. I have been able to fit in 3 workouts a day totaling 20 minutes each without fail each day. It is easy to fit in a short powerful workout on the treadmill during the day. Longer workouts always seem to get cut short because the children need something or there is some task that I have to attend to. I have been researching short workouts and it seems that provided they are intense that they offer the same health benefits of longer less intense workouts. I am finding it easier to put forth a concerted effort for short durations as opposed to becoming fatigued over the course of a long workout.
