Making it work.

Last week our television decided to start turning on and off for no apparent reason. We would be in the middle of watching something when suddenly the television would go off. I really thought that we were going to have to shop for a new LCD TV. The television was given to us second hand and had been working just fine. In a last ditch effort to figure out what was going on my husband found a manual for it online. After much reading and playing with the remote he was able to reset the settings on the television. It would appear that our toddler had somehow set the television to go off on some sort of schedule. The color of the television has not improved with resetting things so I am sure it is only a matter of time before the picture tube goes. For now we are just going to cope with it until we absolutely have to replace it. Thankfully that is now a little bit further in the future than I thought it would be.
