Reading...

My youngest son has decided in the last couple of weeks that he can read and read really well at that! He had been reading some books like "Dick and Jane" but showed little interest in anything else. For some reason something clicked this week and he is in a full on reading binge. He has been reading everything put in front of him including my computer screen and the newspaper. It is absolutely amazing to see this transformation take place. The expression that "a light bulb click on" really does describe his activity over the last week. Right now he is reading a book about "Captain America" to me for the sixth time today. I love that he wants to read to me because it is absolutely adorable.
