Biking to work.

For the last month my husband has been biking to work whenever the weather is decent. As it turns out he really enjoys his ride and misses it when he isn't able to ride his bike. We are really fortunate to have a great bike path in our town that lead directly to his office. The only thing he is struggling with is soreness at the end of the week. I don't know if he needs pre workout supplements of something along those lines to lessen his discomfort. I think a great deal of it is because of having broken his leg last year. This is the first time he is actively exercising to this extent. My guess is that his body is just getting used to the demands of biking every day.
