Not moving enough.

I had been in a fairly good routine for working out up until the last couple of weeks. All it takes it for something to come up and my entire system gets thrown out of whack. It makes me mad at myself when I don't get my workouts in during the day. I have been sick for the last 4 days and can hardly raise my head off the pillow. I am going to need to get on a serious diet plan in the future or look into the best best hgh supplement to get things back on track. I know that dropping a couple of pounds will make me feel better and help me get my motivation to work out back. I need to stock up on protein bars because they always work for me. That is of course going to have to wait until I feel well enough to drive to the store.
