So I am weird..

Having projects to work on is something that I like. Today I made an announcement on Facebook that anyone that wanted to help me with my newest project was more than welcome to come on over. Surprisingly absolutely no one took me up on the offer. Today's project was to pasteurize a couple of pots of sawdust and shredded paper to prepare it for inoculate with oyster mushroom spawn. Seriously, it was absolutely a good time that everyone would enjoy. Okay, maybe it was so dull even my kids got bored after about 20 minutes. But at least I might just have a bunch of great mushrooms in a few weeks. If I play my cards right we could have a virtually endless supply of them. I will worry about the endless supply part after I get my first flush of mushrooms.
