What is the secret?

Great skin is something that I envy. I have never had really clear skin for long periods of time. I would love to have some secrets about exposed skin care revealed to me. I know that must be something out there that people use that I just don't know about. Everything I try clears up my acne but then leaves my skin so dry it looks awful. I just can't seem to win. I know that television celebrities have so much makeup on that they look wonderful even when their skin is awful. What I am interested in is the average person who can wake up in the morning an go outside without a speck of makeup and look fine. I want that and I want someone to tell me how to get it!This doesn't seem like too much to ask does it?
