Not getting it.

One of my family member's works for the state in the welfare department. If you ever wonder why state employee's are so cynical all you have to do is spend a day listening to some of the stories these employees tell. I can't tell you the number of times I heard tales of people cussing out welfare employees because someone didn't get their monthly food stamps while on the next visit talking about the newest XBox game they bought their children. I try to stay positive about people who live on state assistance but it gets harder and harder the more I hear about fraud and whatnot.
