Refunding?

Do many of you do refunding? I used to do quite a bit but there are never any refund forms in my area. I am just wondering where you get your refund forms from & do any of you receive refund bulletins? I find forms in the Sunday coupon sometimes. I mostly do it just through Rite Aid, Walgreen's, and used to be Long's before CVS started taking them over (now they're Long's still, just no real rebates).

Sometimes I do manufacturer's rebates, but I don't prefer them because they take so long (3 months or more sometimes) and can be a pain. I find some in the paper, but more often it's online or on the actual product (or a peelie next to it).
