No snow...

We live in an area of the country where having snow on Christmas Day is a given. For some reason this year our weather has been really out of the ordinary. The ground here is still green and the weather is unseasonably warm. I haven't needed to get out my scarf or even look for Vasque Boots. The weather is a particular concern for my youngest son because he cannot fathom how Santa will arrive without snow. I have promised him that even if we end up having a green Christmas that Santa will indeed arrive but he is still in doubt. It is weird to consider the possibility of no snow on Christmas but I do believe it might happen. I cannot remember the last time we went through the month of December without snow but it looks likely that we will this year.
