Things I won't can...

I am addicted to watching canning videos on YouTube. I love to see what other people are canning. So many times I see things or techniques that I had not seen before. There are times when I see people canning things that I simply cannot believe they are canning. This week I watched videos of people canning very unusual things. One man was canning rattlesnake and turtle. He somehow had gotten a dead rattlesnake given to him and decided that canning it would be a good idea. The turtle was absolutely disgusting because he canned the feet whole. He also had a video about canning raccoon. For the life of me I cannot picture myself canning a raccoon and I have canned many things. I thought canning sausage was weird but that has nothing on canning snake.
