Starting out right!

This morning I got up at 6:30 a.m. This is about an hour earlier than I normally wake up. I decided to get a good workout in before the children woke up. I was able to burn about 450 calories and walk 3 miles up hill all before anyone woke up. It has made the day seem different. I looked at food differently because I wanted to make healthy choices rather than just eat. I even remembered to take a multivitamin for women with my coffee. Typically I forget to do this because I am so groggy until my coffee kicks in. My workout was pretty intense and left me feeling totally enthused for the day. I really need to make this a habit. It would make eating right so much easier if I knew that I had already started the day off on the right foot.
