Yearly housekeeping.

This is the month of the year that I must spend time on my annual housekeeping duties for my websites. For some reason it seems like all of my domain registrations expire at the same time. I rather like it this way because I am able to take care of all of my renewals and other changes in one swoop. I also take this time to review my hosting package and analyze whether other options like managed hosting are right for me. This year I decided to move some of my domain registrations in order to make sure everything is registered through the same place. It is just so much simpler to have everything in a single place rather than two or three different places. It is also handy to take care of everything in December because all of the information is fresh and handy for tax filing purposes and deductions.
