Time to get moving.
Now that warmer weather is here it is clearly time for our family to get outside and start being more active. Whether or not we would be able to do this was in question at the beginning of the year. I wasn't sure that my husband's ankle would heal correctly and allow him to go for walks or bicycle rides. I am sure now that we aren't going to be held back from any of our regular summertime activities. My husband is not going to need to go on a diet or take hydroxycut in order to get in shape this summer season. Sitting around for a couple of months has definitely had an impact on his waistline and I know he was worried about that for a while. It will be so good to be able to get out on the bike path again this year and do all of the things that we love to do. I am feeling so blessed to be able to do these things once again especially since we almost lost this special time together.
