Cutting costs.

The other day we went to McDonald's inside the Walmart. They now only have salt, ketchup, and drink lids sitting out for customers. They now give you your straw with your cup and napkins with you order. I noticed that Little Caesar Pizzas have become smaller. 12 in pizzas now instead of 16. I have noticed fast food restaurants charging for lots of things they didn't used to. Lettuce, Mayo, tomato? $.10-$.25 each...so much for a $1 sandwich. I think it is wise business for them to ask if you want ketchup, salt, etc. I think they should charge for the cup for water. I can not count how many times I have seen people order a water and get to the fountain and fill it with soda. I remember once in high school, I worked at Taco time, and a family of 6 or 7 came in and ordered about a dozen crisp tacos and a small drink. They then got little dixie cups out and refilled them with the soda because we had free refills! That was super extreme! They did not appear low on cash..
