It makes me wonder.

There is a house across the street that just went up for sale. I have to wonder what is making the owners sell. The building appears to be a multi-family home with quiet tenants who have been there a long time. You would think that this would be a great piece of income property in a tough market. The house is in a decent neighborhood surrounded by single family homes. We don't have much need for because this is a rural community. In fact the town pretty much shuts down by 9:00 pm each night. I would almost consider buying the property just for the income it must produce. Decent housing is a hard thing to find in this community which makes keeping tenants a pretty easy thing to do. It all just makes me wonder why the property is now for sale.
