So excited!

Carpet is something that I simply cannot stand. It is just such a bad thing for people like myself who have bad allergies. When we bought our house there was carpeting in almost every room. Some of it is very new but other areas are more dated. The house is in that time frame when houses were not always built with great wood flooring found in older homes. We have been hesitant to take up the carpeting because there was no guarantee that the floors underneath were in decent shape. This weekend I pulled up a bit of carpet that my toddler had already started working on and found to my immense delight beautiful hardwood floors!!! I now have to convince my carpet loving husband that it is in everyone's best interest to pull up the carpet.
