Any clue?

I am in need of a fountain pen for a special project. The cheapest one I have found is $20.00 for the current set at CVS and Walgreens. Does anyone know of anyplace that sells those cheaper, where I would also be able to get the refills. Our Office Depo sells them from $50.00 on up to $100.00 I am not going to pay that much...any info would be helpful. also if there is another kind of pen that writes with a liquid ink besides a fountain please let me know.
