What's the best practice for including subdomains within your Google sitemap?
Within my Google Webmaster tools I have added www.mydomain.co.uk and subdomain.mydomain.com.In the stats for www.mydomain.co.uk it says "Page with the highest pagerank is subdomain.mydomain.com".This seems to suggest that it is treating them as one site.
This is just the opinion of one webmaster. I am wondering how more experienced SEO people would tackle this question?
