Phil's Predictions

Phil has been a busy boy this morning. 15,000 waited with apt anticipation to see what outcome Phil would predict for our winter. I personally dread winter as I am not a fan of snow. Living in the south for 6 years spoiled me for winter. Phil has done his job well this year and did not see his shadow. Spring should be just around the corner if we can trust a groundhog!
