I found the perspective interesting that he suggests each product that you are offering should have its own page. This would seem impossible for smaller businesses to achieve.
This does make a good point about having effectively written content that helps people make a decision. People need feel confident that your product will meet their needs.
Making yourself available to customers is a great point addressed here. I personally will not buy from a site that hides their location and contact information. WHOIS is my friend and businesses who hide this information come across in my opinion as if they have something to hide.

Actually, it's very good advice, and helps you highlight each of your products better. I'm talking about the recommendation of putting each product on its own page. I have a general products page, but each link you click on takes you to the individual product. That way, each of those pages can achieve its own page rank, which all have done.
